I HATE TO DO THIS BUT
DO NOT BUY FROM THE SIMPLY SWEET SHOP
I DO NOT KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON BUT SHE HAS BEEN IN OUR BOXES FOR THE PAST 2 MONTHS AND I HAVE NOT HAD A PROBLEM WITH HER.
NOW I HAVE BEEN CONTACTED BY A BUYER WHO ORDERED AND NEVER RECEIVED PRODUCT. I THEN CHECKED HER FEEDBACK AND THIS HAS HAPPENED MANY TIMES. THIS IS VERY DISTURBING TO ME SINCE I WAS PROMOTING HER IN THE BOXES.
SO ALL I CAN DO IS TELL YOU NOT TO BUY FROM "THE SIMPLY SWEET SHOP" UNTIL I CAN FIGURE OUT WHAT IS GOING ON.
SORRY EVERYBODY!
If you take a look at her feedback, it looks like she started out by sending orders out and then there is a huge block (2-3 pages) of negative feedback for multiple buyers. :( That's awful.
ReplyDeleteI know and I feel terrible since I have been promoting her here in Sampler Village. It is very odd to me though, she always sent in samples on time, no problem. But I have heard this is not the first time she has done this to people, so just wanted to tell everyone not to purchase from her. such a shame!

ReplyDeleteI hope everyone ends up getting their items somehow. It's sad to think that someone would do this on purpose.
I think most have filed with paypal for refunds. I have tried contacting her myself but I would think with all this going on that I will not hear back from her. :(
